Fantastic homemade blueberry muffins.

• 130 gr. Flour (I cooked from quinoa and wholegrain) wheat flour is possible)
• 50 gr. Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Baking powder
• 1 egg
• 50 gr of vegetable oil.
• 90 ml kefir yogurt
• 60 gr berries (blueberry)

• Mix dry with dry and mix wet separately.
• Connect everything ingredients and put all of them in the oven at 430 Fahrenheit (220 Celsius) degrees for 20-25 minutes.

The dough is enough for 6 muffins
