Ingredients:
1 Chicken
300ml Cream
300ml Milk
Olive oil
4-6 Garlic cloves (depending on size)
1 tsp Thmeli-suneli spice mix
½ tsp Coriander
½ tsp Black pepper
½ bunch of Cilantro
½ bunch of Parsley
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Cut the chicken in half. Rub it with salt, black pepper, and olive or avocado oil. (You can prepare this the night before and leave it in the fridge.)
Sear the chicken on both sides under pressure until almost cooked.
Prepare the sauce: Roast the flour until it releases a nutty aroma. Crush the garlic. Combine the milk and cream mixture, garlic, spices, flour, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat the mixture.
Pour the sauce over the seared chicken and place it in the oven. Let it stew for about 10-15 minutes.
Sprinkle the chicken with fresh herbs and garnish with mandarins.
