# The Staver — Private Chef Marina Staver (Miami & South Florida) > The Staver is the private-chef practice of Marina Staver — a European-trained private chef with more than two decades of private kitchen experience for HNW clients across Europe and now South Florida. She cooks in client homes, villas, and yachts: menus built around the guests, ingredients sourced that morning, everything cooked from scratch on-site. Service area: a curated set of 49 ZIP codes across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties (Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Palm Beach, and surrounding communities). Bookings are event-based — no subscriptions, no meal kits, no pre-made delivery. ## Pricing The Staver is priced from $200 per guest plus groceries, with a $2,000 event minimum. The per-guest figure covers Chef Marina's work: menu design, sourcing, cooking on-site, plating, and kitchen cleanup. Groceries are billed at cost and itemised separately. Bar and service staff, when a host requests them, are quoted separately. Holiday and special-occasion menus are quoted above the standard per-guest rate.
