Ingredients:
- 1 Chicken
- 300ml Cream
- 300ml Milk
- Olive oil
- 4-6 Garlic cloves (depending on size)
- 1 tsp Thmeli-suneli spice mix
- ½ tsp Coriander
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ½ bunch of Cilantro
- ½ bunch of Parsley
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cut the chicken in half. Rub it with salt, black pepper, and olive or avocado oil. (You can prepare this the night before and leave it in the fridge.)
- Sear the chicken on both sides under pressure until almost cooked.
- Prepare the sauce: Roast the flour until it releases a nutty aroma. Crush the garlic. Combine the milk and cream mixture, garlic, spices, flour, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat the mixture.
- Pour the sauce over the seared chicken and place it in the oven. Let it stew for about 10-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chicken with fresh herbs and garnish with mandarins.
